ARE REQUIRED: 12/3 AND 12/4; 12/10
AND 12/11 CONTINGENCY TRAINING 12/1
AND 12/18. ALL OF THESE TRAININGS
ARE 8:30AM-3PM. STUDENTS WILL BE
REQUIRED TO BE ON LOCATION AT EITHE
STEVENS OR SNOQUALMIE PASSES 7
WEEKEND DAYS (SAT. OR SUN.) BETWEEN
1/7-3/17 FROM 8AM-3PM. STUDENTS WIL
CHOOSE FROM A RANGE OF INSTRUCTIONA
ROLES TO SUPPORT. YOU MUST HAVE YOU
OWN SKI/SNOWBOARD/SNOWSHOE/CROSS-
COUNTRY EQUIPMENT FOR INSTRUCTIONAL
ROLES. DEEPLY DISCOUNTED SEASON PAS

Analyzes disability representations in literature, film, and other cultural texts; social science approaches to disability marginalization and empowerment; intersectionality of disability with other markers of diversity and identity. Offered: jointly with DIS ST 332/LSJ 332; AWSpS.
