The CHID major is an interdisciplinary Bachelor of Arts degree that provides students with the flexibility to explore their own academic interests within a structure that has been designed to ensure that students develop a range of tools for critical thinking as well as competencies in an area of their own design. Below are descriptions of the different requirements for the major, with links to suggested courses, as appropriate. Students may also use courses that are not on the suggested list with the approval of the CHID advisor.
