Syllabus Description:

"How was your trip?"

Students returning from study abroad often find it difficult to answer this question. How can one explain in just a few short words an experience that was complicated, transformative, difficult, and euphoric - often all at once? This class will provide students with a space to revisit, rethink, and share stories about their travels. Participants will also make something tangible out of their experiences by editing and producing content for an online issue of Neither Here Nor There, a CHID-run student journal about study abroad.
