POST-SOVIET RUSSIAN LITERATURE 

We will meet to read, ponder, discuss and analyze post-Soviet Russian literature for what it reveals of the culture, history and ideological changes in Russia since the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991.  By the end of the course, you will have a solid, basic knowledge of the main trends, authors and literary debates of the post-Soviet era.  All readings in English.
