PRACTICE THE ART OF WRITING,
CONSIDERING DIFFERENT GENRES,
THINKING OF DIFFERENT AUDIENCES.
FOCUSING ON THE CLIMATE CRISIS, WE
WILL EXPLORE VARIOUS APPROACHES TO
WRITING ABOUT CRITICAL ISSUES: THE
RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN HUMANS AND
NATURE, THE INTERTWINING OF
POLITICS AND THE ENVIRONMENT,
POSITIVE WAYS FORWARD. WE WILL
READ AND DISCUSS SELECTIONS FROM
DIVERSE AUTHORS: JOURNALISTS,
ACTIVISTS, ACADEMICS, POETS, AND
NOVELISTS
