POETIC INNOVATIONS OF, IN THIS CASE
BIPOC POETS. WE WILL EXPLORE HOW AN
WHY THESE POETS HAVE SPENT
CONSIDERABLE TIME REVISITING MAJOR
POETIC CONVENTIONS IN RESPONSE TO
IMPORTANT HISTORICAL EVENTS AND
PRESSING POLITICAL QUESTIONS. BOTH
CRITICAL AND CREATIVE WORK IS
ENCOURAGED.
