CHID 496 A: Focus Groups

We are back with mental health, but make it cool! Exploring ways in which we can view mental health as well as how to have a better understanding of our own mental health. We will reflect on traditional views of mental health and how they have conditioned us to respond a certain way to the term. Further, we will dive into an individual self exploration of mental health geared toward making life a little easier for us!
