Class Title: Mental Health, but make it cool! 3rd edition

Back for the third edition! Excited for another dive into mental health! Discussions guided by individual experience and a collective conscious. The goal of this class is to not only learn more about our mental health and mental health all together, but improve our own personal day to day mental health through exercises and new perspectives. Looking forward to it!  

Would it be possible to have the time be: TBA (asynchronous) ! Just because our schedule has been so fluid due to covid, so Im not 100% sure what my schedule will look like!
