IDENTITY AND LANGUAGE. WRITERS
AND ARTISTS SUCH AS GUSTAV KLIMT,
ARTHUR SCHNITZLER AND SIGMUND
FREUD SOUGHT TO DELVE BENEATH
VIENNA'S ELEGANT SURFACE AND TO
HOLD UP A MIRROR TO SOCIETY IN
ORDER TO REVEAL THE 'NAKED
TRUTH'.
