CHID has had 41 Gates Research Scholars over the past four years. This is more than any other unit in humanities, arts, or social sciences. Also, during the last four years our students have received four nationally tracked scholarships.
Second, during the last four years CHID has run 53 Full-time International Programs serving 970 students. This is an average of over 13 programs per year serving an average 243 students in full time credit (at least 12 credits per quarter) per year.
