How can the principles of cooperativism, democracy, and anti-capitalism by applied in the midst of the capitalist economy? Comparing our own experiences to literature written by workers, journalists, and academics from Buenos Aires to Seattle to the Basque Country, we will explore questions like: What is anarchism? What does capitalism look like in workers' jobs and lives? What kinds of viable cooperative models have workers used to own and direct their own jobs?
