This program is jointly sponsored by CHID and the UW Honors Program.

Everyone talks about becoming a "global citizen," but what does this really mean? This program explores this question by learning about the current scene of social justice activism in Bangalore through partnerships with non-governmental organizations (NGOs) throughout the city. Note that this program includes 20 credits: a 5-credit course in Spring 2013, 12 credits during B-term in the summer, and a 3-credit course in Fall 2013.
