Biography
Rafael “Rafa” Velazquez brings over 15 years of experience in community health and development, specializing in health education, social services, and program design. His work centers on advancing health equity and supporting communities of color through culturally responsive and community-driven programs. Rafael holds a Master of Public Health and a Master of City Planning from UC Berkeley, and a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Ethnic Studies from the University of Washington.
