CHID would like to let you all know about a unique opportunity to hear Leila Steinberg, Tupac Shakur's first manager and one of his most influential mentors, at a speaking engagement coming up here at the UW. Here's all the information, I hope to see you all there! FREE and open to the public!

Famous for being Tupac Shakur's first manager, close friend, and mentor, Leila Steinberg has catapulted herself to the forefront of progressive education models, youth mentorship and the creative arts.

Traveling worldwide conducting seminars, workshops and discussions on her "Heart Based" Education, Leila has been recognized and respected by everyone from state diplomats to gang leaders for her various projects as well as her latest venture, the "Microphone Sessions".

She is now coming to Seattle to share with us her vision, ideals and concepts that can be easily adopted into our own creative solutions for a better city, nation and world..
