THAT ADDRESS THE WATER CRISIS TO UNDERSTAND HOW WATER'S MEANING HAS CHANGED AS PEOPLE HAVE BECOME MORE CONSCIOUS OF  RISING SUPPLY (POLLUTION AND NATURAL/MAN-MADE SCARCITY) AND AS ACCESS TO IT INCREASINGLY MEDIATED IN LIGHT OF THINGS LIKE PRIVATIZATION AND COMMODIFICATION.
